I started personal development in 2021 when I first joined Mindvalley.
 I found some of the programs on this platform transformational.
 After working on myself for a few years I managed to clear a lot of limiting beliefs, improved my mindset and also got involved with breath work and yoga. 
I decided to reach for my goals and travel to places I have been dreaming of and do the things that actually make me happy. 
I have gone through huge shifts, found purpose and now I am planning to help others do the same. 
I am currently in the process of changing my job so I can coach full time and teach yoga.
