And now my life has reached another level. I am 71 years old and thrilled that I am still able to enhance my brain. I am starting to feel a lot calmer and taking life in
small strides. From the networking quest, I learned how and did put myself out there. Found it to be
easier and very productive for my business. The night routine with meditations has
afforded me better sleep habits.
I am learning something everyday and I am grateful I found Mindvalley. Looking forward to more learning.
