I have been health-conscious for decades, and so I have no dramatic or awe-inspiring pictures to share about how much weight I have lost or how much muscle I have gained. What I have gained instead is the most comprehensive program I have ever seen in getting in shape from top-to-bottom, mind included, and then passing on this blessing to others in the form of coaching. I have taken the opportunity in this program to counsel friends and family, and will take further opportunities to improve myself as a leader at the workplace with more energy than ever and coach any teammate inspired by the changes they see in me.
