I have been health-conscious for decades, and so I have no dramatic or awe-inspiring pictures to share about how much weight I have lost or how much muscle I have gained. What I have gained instead is the most comprehensive program I have ever seen in getting in shape from top-to-bottom, mind included, and then passing on this blessing to others in the form of coaching.
