The reason I took this quest is because it is a MINDVALLEY program and I have total faith in the high-quality content of each of MV programs!
I have been nurturing a dream for 14yrs to be able to help people all over the world to Optimise their health such that their entire Life becomes a Celebration.
I was almost ready to launch my program when I was badly hit by COVID. My health took a toll but I realise, it was all for a purpose.... My new lease of life was to ensure that I start at my dream project immediately and that is when HOLOBODY coach program was served to me.....
This program helped accelerate my recovery, build a strong resilient mindset to bounce back no matter what hit me.... as during the program itself I was hit by menopausal menorrhagia.
Now I understand that all this was happening FOR ME so that I can help a lot of beautiful souls who are struggling due to challenges.
Now I am not only equipped with the best of knowledge and information (HOLOBODY) but also with my own experiences.
The most enriching experience has been to realize that when a person is helped to find their own solutions, the faith is high and achievement is just a matter of time.
Coaching clearly wins over giving solutions. Learning to be compassionate, accepting and non-judgemental starting with myself has been my greatest learning.
I feel totally connected with my body and my respect for Nature's creation (my body) has grown multifold.
I feel grateful for the beautiful friendships we have built and I salute all the HOLOBODY coaches who helped me in my journey in many ways.... during coaching sessions, sharing their fears, wins and experiences.... and just being there for one another.
I feel honored to be well equipped now, to serve others seeking to Optimise their life.
