When I started the Mindvalley Certified Hypnotherapist journey I had been trained in hypnotherapy some twenty years ago and have used a number of visualization tools to train peak performers over the years. Paul McKenna is such a stellar teacher and world expert and I had been tempted to work with him for some years now so when this course was announced I was inspired to refresh my skills and improve and deepen my understanding with the latest tools. This has been a fantastic journey, organized well, eloquently explained, demonstrated, and implemented impeccably. Like everyone, I felt self-conscious at times and nervous when we began. The pace of the practice sessions each week coupled with external practice has helped this unfold into a natural multi-dimensional set of tools and options. Thanks to this course I am confident that I can help clients make a profound difference in their lives by helping them release themselves from the tyranny of their subconscious patterns. Lengthening and focusing the practice sessions as the journey progressed was insightful. Some of these techniques I have used before, and yet, only now do I understand context rather than the content.
