Before embarking on the Holobody Journey, I was entering a seemingly final phase of a transformational 4-year journey. After leaving my second marriage & home of 12 years into a period of isolation from my children and the entire rest of my extended family and life as I had known and built it, I found Mindvalley quests as my loyal companion for strength. I sloughed off friendships that did not serve my soul.... my phone rarely rang. It was a solitary life.
I knew I had to let go of my life's design up until that point in order to create the fullness of a life and a love that I felt must truly be possible for me, and I spent those first solid 2 years just going to work, coming straight home to workouts and MV Quests - Duality, Lifebook, Life Visioning were favorites - and a solid year signed up with Lisa Nichols as my mentor. I incorporated 2 spiritual retreats to Costa Rica in tht mix and began to feel alive and fresh enough to start dating and exploring my new, mindful approach to self and the world again in early 2020. But after attending the amazing Mindvalley Live event in LA, the pandemic hit and we were all thrust into forced isolation which triggered a very difficult dark-night-of-the-soul, 3-4 months that nearly undid me.
But I did not break, I pushed through with workouts and longer visits in parks around the city, meditating even more and longer and going deeper into my faith that a breakthrough and joy was meant for me in this life. I met my current lover/partner in July 2020 and maintained all my practices with continued faith in a joyful future for myself. I actually fared very well during covid after that, as the 'beautiful destruction' Vishen described was evidenced in my life - which I came to feel gratitude for. And as I accelerated out of the darkness I had felt all around me, Vishen announced the Holobody Certification - I knew I was called to do it in this moment of rising toward a brighter life ahead.
This Holobody Certification Course has been the culmination of my own Hero's Journey; the final phase of a true life transformation and I could not be more grateful for this experience and proud of myself for persevering through its challenges and intensity! Don't think it will be an easy course, it puts you through some rigorous paces - it is definitely worth moving forward!
From November 2017 (destruction of life as I knew it) to November 2021 (Certification completion), I am fully transformed: healthier & more fit than I have been for the last 2 decades; younger and more attractive than I was when this all began; and lighter in spirit/more filled with bliss and adventure than I have literally ever known. After taking this journey, I feel grateful for so many of the blessings of my complete road - even for parts that were dark and seemingly hopeless - because I understand the value of it all.
After every Holobody lesson and weekly live zooms with our peer group and mini pods, I felt such HUGE love for Ronan, and Vishen, and Toma, and Sid, and everyone that I shared the experience with...each day was powerfully transformative... I received so much more out of this course than I even knew possible - all I knew was that I was called to enroll and to show up ready to go each day, and every time I did that, the beautiful gifts showered over me. I have also been manifesting so much abundance in other areas of my life over these last few weeks - I KNOW this is a result of all that I have learned and the removal of energetic barriers .... my thankfulness radiates from me and people always tell me I LOOK different/amazing now. All I can say is that I feel MAGNETIC!
I don't think I can ever adequately express the immeasurable values of taking the Holobody Certification Course - so much of it gifts are a deep 'feeling' kind of thing, words are meager.... but I whole-heartedly recommend it to anyone who is ready to authentically go deep into their own operating systems for true transformation. You will never regret it, even if you do not coach in the end - who knows what your journey and discoveries will be!
But as far as I am concerned, I am SO READY to live big, have fun, serve the broader community, and share so much love with everyone I encounter!
