Areas of my life in which I’ve noticed the biggest changes in my life is taking the time to REALLY listen to my body and adjust to what it needs, also to love myself for who I am in this present moment. This has been a truly powerful journey which as only just started, I am excited for my personal experience but even more excited for the journeys of others that I will enhance with all that I have learnt as part of my Holobody experience.
