As I embarked upon this program, I had the good fortune of vast health knowledge and excellent health. During this program, I was pleasantly surprised to further enhance my knowledge and routines as well as learn how to address many areas/issues about others who may have different challenges than those I mastered. I was also clueless about the basics of coaching, so learning this was a major gain for me and now after the program, I have much more confidence and experience in conducting real coaching sessions.
