In addition to having certified as NLP master practitioner, RTT practitioner and MBTI personality assessment practitioner, I took up the Holobody & 10X certification to expand my suitcase of tools. 
Mental development, Food & nutrition, and body development are mutually reinforcing forces. Having gone through the Holobody program, I have started my own transformation and am really inspired to continue the journey as well as coach others with the same knowledge and tools. Many thanks for the great journey and the inspiration.
