In addition to having certified as NLP master practitioner, RTT practitioner and MBTI personality assessment practitioner, I took up the Holobody & 10X certification to expand my suitcase of tools. 
Mental development, Food & nutrition, and body development are mutually reinforcing forces. Having gone through the Holobody program, I have started my own transformation and am really inspired to continue the journey as well as coach others with the same knowledge and tools.
