Before embarking on the Holobody Coach Certification, my life was already deeply oriented toward health and wellness. However, what I lacked was a clear sense of priority—what truly makes the biggest impact versus what doesn’t. I also had a tendency to approach things in an extreme way, often pushing myself too hard without balance. One of the most valuable shifts I experienced during this program was understanding the distinction between "racing mode" and "cruising mode." This concept not only helped me create structure when needed, especially in high-performance phases, but also allowed me to embrace a more intuitive, sustainable approach to health during more relaxed periods. This shift was a huge relief—I no longer felt like I had to be "all or nothing" when it came to my health.
I enrolled in this program because I am transitioning away from my corporate career to become a full-time health coach.
