I joined the HoloBody coach program to expand my knowledge in the field I'm already working in and to coach others in changing their lifestyle, sports, and nutrition. I am extremely satisfied with the education it provided as it has given me a new perspective on knowledge dissemination and coaching. I immediately began incorporating new tools (body talk, meditation, morning routine, etc.) into my coaching. I'm looking forward to being able to help myself and others holistically achieve a better life.
