"The body talk content each week allowed me to dig deeper into the blocks"

About a year before I learned of this program, I said with an intention that I wanted to dig deeper into my health. I lost 70 pounds about four years ago and I was able to mostly keep it off. I was still struggling though with feeling inadequate. I felt like a big phony quite a bit. I would post live videos on Facebook about my health journey. I loved doing that for accountability after my videos I would proceed to then eat a full plate of brownies, and I was already a health coach with another organization, I took a break from social media in early 2022 and I decided that I wanted to dig deeper into my health and wellness. I wasn’t exactly sure what, how, or when…but I knew the universe would let me know when it was time to take action. Around late spring or early summer, I became a Mindvalley member finally after two years of putting it off. I was so stinking excited about the quests in the journey in the format of the entire platform Soon after joining, I began receiving, the holobody health coach certification emails. I knew that this was it. I was interested in the life coaching certification as well as the business coaching certification, but I hadn’t pulled the trigger. So when this came along, I knew it was it for me. I really didn’t have any expectations. I have been learning to go to with the flow thanks in part to Marisa Perce and Jeffrey Allen’s quests. What I was able to gain from this quest and certification was the idea of my body being here to serve my soul. The body talk Content each week allowed me to dig deeper into the blocks. I had around the image I have of what it means to be perfect. Seeing my body now as a friend and treating it with respect gives me peace I’m honestly never known this is the part of the course I’ve continued to focus on, and dig deep into so much so that I didn’t participate physically with the racing mode. I’ve realized I’ve been racing most of my life, and my body really desired an opportunity to just be. I also desire to really show my gratitude for all of the other coaches our Friday coaching pod was my favorite hour of every single week throughout the entire journey. It is really a divine experience to know that each week the universe would bring me the perfect gift of a person to coach, support, celebrate, observe, hold space, laugh, connect, and learn. I am so grateful to our community. It’s truly like no other. Thank you for sharing your experiences so that I can have peace with my body no matter my size. It’s been one of the best investments in myself I’ve ever made.
