Before this program I was really looking for a way to uplevel my health, my strength, and create a coaching business. 
Thanks to this program I have improved my strength by 50%, I can do full body weight workouts finally, and I have learned how to listen and connect to my body to optimize my nutrition and fitness. Lastly I have learned and honed my coaching skills and have a plan and support to create my Holobody/10X coaching program. As always Mindvalley has created a program that is easy to fill and I have met and created lasting relationships with my Holobody tribe!!!
