What made me embark on this journey was the possibility of expanding my knowledge about basic and important things to improve my quality of life, improving my health and my physique in a comprehensive and holistic way.
I found interesting, fascinating, and practical information to implement. Most helpful was identifying simple habits to improve my health, including hydration, sleep, and physical activity. The moments for which I am most grateful are those where I was able to get in touch with my body, get to know it, and understand it better, each Body Talk was an experience that I appreciate a lot; this also led me to appreciate exchanges with colleagues and empathize with their particular situations.
For me, the challenging moments include especially three:
1) The discipline to face the week of The Kung Fu Temple and continue with the practice because I have been recovering from an injury that made it difficult for me to do strength exercises;
2) Learn to eat differently, eliminating all foods from the Elimination Diet, to realize that I don't need them; and
3) Being able to study all the contents and implement them, while integrating everything learned and applying with the coachees I worked with. It is not easy to be able to help others with the knowledge that I am recently acquiring and I am just integrating it into my daily life. This is a constant challenge, like coaching itself.
For me, this journey was interesting and, in a way, surprising as well as challenging and rewarding. But, ultimately, it is a journey that did not end, but will continue for the rest of my life.
