I chose this Quest for several reasons: I was interested in the framework to bring this philosophy to life in my practice, and I love the six phase and the Silva Method of visioning. Lastly I wanted to fine tune my own health to the most optimum level. I recommend the quest to any individual that is in search of transformational wellness from the inside out.
The most notable changes for me personally are: Solidifying a morning practice that includes meditation & movement, and incorporating intermittent fasting which helped me to sustain my goal weight.
My biggest takeaways are that starting and ending my day with beautiful rituals are deeply rewarding and most importantly, I feel more empowered to serve others seeking transformation.
