Before this program, I was stuck on my quest for optimal health, a journey that started in 2020 after listening to a podcast by Vishen Lakiani and subscribing to MindValley.
Thanks to the numerous quests available on the platform I was able to begin my journey for optimal health, but at some point, I fell stuck. After 2 years of training and mindful changes in my lifestyle, my health didn't seem to improve that much anymore.
Thanks to Holobody I learned how to further tweak my lifestyle choices in order to let my body express its full potential.
I learned how to nurture my body and my relationship with it.
I now feel amazing in my body and I'm proud of it.
Thanks to Holobody I learned to understand to my body's signals and how to deal with them; I learned new methods that help me build healthy habits and how to stop with bad habits.
Every week now I talk to my body and we get along :)
Thanks to the quest I understood that the relationship with our body is a two-way relationship and that we need to pay more attention and listen to it.
Our body has always been meant to thrive, we just need to create space for listening and give it what it needs.
Thanks to Holobody, I will not keep on running after every new trend in health, but I will practice only what really works for me because everybody is different and has different needs.
