This program is very unique in multiple ways, I started this program with multiple thoughts but later found out that
1. I need to transform myself and this course shows "You to You"
2. It deals with more of inner transformation which eventually creates you to be a coach
3. Each coaching session clearly has an objective and the live sessions helps in practical application
4. This has created significant change in my approach towards health and fitness
5. My life style changes due to this course resulted in significant measurable improvements in my health with respect to insulin resistance, weight management and multiple other areas.
