"The reason I joined the Holobody Certification class and take the journey was to improve my health."

The reason I joined the Holobody Certification class and take the journey was to improve my health. As a former Mindvalley student who has taken some of the quests and attended live trainings prior to Covid, I believe that this class is what I need at that time. Though I have taken the Wildfit quest before, life happened, and I was not able to sustain the changes I needed to maintain a healthier lifestyle.
Prior to joining the class, I have been to my doctor multiple times due to several complaints. I have been experiencing fatigue, weakness, body aches, increased urination, hair thinning, difficulty sleeping and tremors. I had lab work and x-ray done and resulted with me having vitamin D deficiency. I even had MRI done to check other causes of my symptoms, but nothing showed. Even went to the emergency room for palpitations which was due to my increasing anxiety at that time. I was referred to a specialist and was seen by a neurologist last week of June. At that time nothing came about and was scheduled for a 6 month follow up in December.
When the racing mode started, I struggled as I was not fit to begin with. I was just barely doing 2500 steps a day at that time. It took me longer to complete the racing mode because of this that I have to be coached by one of my holobuddies. The weekly meeting with my tribe and the sharing and coaching with my other holobuddies really helped me get through the racing mode. In the middle of the racing mode, I experienced increased in tremors and weakness that I scheduled myself to be seen by the neurologist sooner.
Second week of October I was seen by a different neurologist, and I was diagnosed with mild Parkinson’s. As a nurse I have a feeling that what I was experiencing are some of the symptoms of Parkinson’s. At age 52 I was kind of shocked to have this diagnosis which at the moment still has no cure. The good news according to my neurologist, exercise can stop the progression which what I was trying to accomplish with the racing mode.
I am divorced, with grown kids and living alone, I have not shared my diagnosis with anyone not even with my kids. I am determined through what I learned from the Holobody Certification class that I will be able to stop the progression of the disease and coach myself to heal my body. To further strengthen my healing, I will share what I have learned by coaching others.
