I just passed my fourth HOLOBODY certification test. What a wonderful feeling. Being a lifelong academic I'm on a constant quest of interesting and relevant subjects to learn about. I hit the Jackpot with the HOLOBODY certification program. It pushed me to learn about subjects that I hadn't thought about before. More importantly, it stimulated my curiosity about various dimensions of wellness and has motivated me to continue learning about healthful thriving as we age.
I learned that you are never too old to learn new things and redefine yourself; that regardless of how many years you chained yourself to a desk job, you can reverse the effects of a sedentary life; and that feeling healthy can lead to peacefulness and joy.
I look forward to expanding my coaching practice and sharing my new found knowledge and skills with others who want to grow physically stronger and healthier.
