"I have lost the 10 lbs thru intermittent fasting"

Before this program I was struggling with motivation and new ways to add to my health, lose 10lbs, how to work out efferently at the gym, and big sleep issues post menopause. I am a RN active in holistic health and well being an ex ICU nurse. I thought I could manage myself and the reason I was not doing as well as I thought I should was not obvious to me. I have always been very hard on myself, expecting perfection from me even though I do not expect it from others. I lacked empathy and love for myself. I had recently divorced from an abusive relationship and did not realize the trauma I had endured and how much it had affected my health both mentally and physically.
 Because of this program I have reorganized my mental process of what is most important to my well being. Self love, self forgiveness and grace to me are as important as giving these things I give to others.
 I learned that sleep is my number one priority to decrease cortisol and stress levels to re balance my nervous system which will rebalance every other cell and function in my body as I love myself, forgive myself and give my body the rest it needs to rejuvenate. In order to do this I must realign my thoughts and emotions which were totally out of balance with how I want my life to be. I needed to bring myself to peace and harmony. Trust life and know that there are no mistakes, only choices and it is my own perspective and focus that determines my life. 
 Not that I didnt mentally know this before, but something shifted in me over the last couple of months that I "KNOW" this now. 
 Now I am focusing my life through balance for myself. I am learning to prioritize ME. I can not give what I do not have. I have lost the 10 lbs thru intermittent fasting, I am eating veggies much more often and doing the longevity exercises: push ups, squats, and practicing pull ups...these are tough, but I know I will get there. I am sleeping 6 hours a night most of the time without waking up and sometimes able to fall back asleep. This is a huge improvement from an average of 3 per night as I used to wake with a small anxiety attack. 
 I know I will continue to improve and will continue to decrease my biological age. Currently, biologically I am age 50. Chronologically 58. My goal is 34 biological age :)
