I learned to eliminate sugar in my diet, which was really difficult. I increased my steps by double as to not lead such a sedentary lifestyle from working from home and really enjoyed these long walks.
Then I got into a fitness routine with just enough challenge to feel and see results! I really enjoyed the practice coaching sessions with new friends and am looking to continue coaching and offering it besides courses from cutting-edge practitioners on my educational platform at StoryGuide.ai. I've even invited a few like-minded Holobuddies to contribute to putting together their own course and coaching offerings. I'm excited to integrate the practice of the 6-Phase meditation and along with visualizations, this journey was truly transformative as it expanded my vision of what's possible.
