Before I joined the Holobody journey, I felt a lack of energy, and lots of uncertainty about my life path and had high hopes of this program helping me transform and gain more knowledge about the mind-body connection, so I could incorporate it into my own life and also help my clients go through a healthy transformation.
Overall I eat healthily, exercise consistently, spend time in nature, and meditate but my sleep routine is my challenge, as the late night snacking. I am trying to get better at my evening routine and allowing 12 hours for intermittent fasting. I am not overweight and am challenged to gain and keep muscle mass.
The Holobody program resonated with me after joining the call to understand more about what the program covered. The reason I enrolled in this Quest…I loved the content that was being offered plus the energy of the coaches. I was hoping to learn how to be a successful coach, how to offer coaching packages to my clients, and have a better understanding of the mind-body relationship.
The stories shared by this tribe I found inspiring, knowing I am not on this journey alone. Most challenging was keeping up with the weekly requirements and having time to complete the assignments in the given timeframe while trying to embrace a consistent evening routine.
The area I noticed the most change…I have a more consistent, confident daily routine and I am more disciplined.
I love Vishen’s meditation teachings and I incorporate the meditations daily. I plan to go back over the entire program, absorbing more of the information, incorporating it, and continue to live an even more healthy lifestyle.
4 months ago, I would have shared with my younger self, let's play a game and turn all problems into projects, solutions, or opportunities while making healthy food, exercise and sleep choices and looking in the mirror several times a day saying…I love ME!
