"I am now well on my way to that healthier lifestyle"

Before the program I was looking for something that would help me not only nutritionally but also mentally and physically, to make changes to my life in order to get me into a healthier lifestyle
Thanks to the program, I am now well on my way to that healthier lifestyle. I have removed processed foods from my diet and now do a lot more cooking from scratch using fresh ingredients. I have also introduced strength and flexibility training to complement the cardio training I was already doing.
and now, my life is improving every day, as I learn to listen to my body and make the changes my body requires to get it to optimal health.
