This program is the only workout program I've found that is completely adaptable to the individuals need and capacity. I was able to modify the exercises to not worsen the injury. In fact, building the strength and functional mobility has allowed me to not just heal, but I'm in better shape now than I was before my injury.
I introduced the program to my parents and they both absolutely love it and felt stronger only a few weeks in and still can't believe the results they get from working out only 30 minutes a week.
