I did 10X with Ronan and I found it to be very easy and simple to follow. More than anything I stayed consistent. It seemed like a logical step to become a coach of 10X. I have been very consistent with the program. I feel like though sometimes once a week is enough body is not ready for second workout as the weight is increasing.
I am also teaching it to others. My main reason to enroll in this program was to learn what type of exercises are necessary for strength training, the science behind them and of course the results.
I feel very strong, I have not lost any weight but my body shape is changing.
