Before starting 10x coaching certification I had managed to lose a lot of weight but I still missed strength and tonality.
Over the years I had learnt a lot about nutrition and it always fascinated me, but I lacked knowledge regarding exercise and the importance of maintaining our muscle mass and much more.
I feel the 10x certification has given me more tools to make me a complete health coach. Between 10x and holobody, I really feel I can help my future coachee really improve their health and their relationship with their body.
I was quite taken back with my own personal results in only a few months and can’t wait to see my progress in a year!
