Since starting [Lifebook Online], my life has turned upside down. It feels painful and raw and wide open to the possibility. My Lifebook is a work in progress. There isn't a day that has gone by since starting this program where I haven't added or clarified something in my book.
[Lifebook Online] has helped me to identify so many harmful beliefs I've been hauling around for 54 years. Putting them down on paper gave me the power to acknowledge them, let them go and replace them with supportive ones. [...] This is the first time in many years, if ever, that I don't feel some level of sadness to see this year go by.
I feel like I accomplished something huge even though I'm still working on it. And because I seem to be falling into many of my strategies, I'm not feeling like I need to start over next year with weak resolutions. I feel like I'm just stepping up to the next level.[...]
