This program has helped me reflect on all aspects of my life deeply by asking thought provoking questions and sharing examples and strategies. This helped me realize and accept my deepest thoughts which I did not even know existed. I am very happy with this program though I was skeptical initially, and now it has given me a basic framework upon which my life can be built :)
