I am living a good life in Thailand as a retired from Norway.
Before Lifebook I was fairly happy, but my life lacked structure and my goals were few and not very clear. Now on the other hand I have started a new life. My goals are clear and I am starting to get more structure in my life. I have a steady direction towards my goals. My everyday life is directed by my new knowledge and I am on my way to reach my goals, one at a time.
I have seen the biggest change in my life in the area "My Emotional Life". This was also one of the reasons I started with Lifebook. I also wanted more structure in my life, be more effective to set goals and to reach them. The most important thing I have learned so far is: set clear goals and take action to reach them. The only action gives the result you want. A good structure and strategy will increase your success greatly. I now live a more happy and fulfilled life and will help others to do the same.
