You have not just changed my life but also my daughter's

At the start of Lifebook, my score was 53 and it was a pretty good indication of my life. I was overwhelmed with my responsibility raising a child with special needs single-handedly. I was constantly feeling like I was between a rock and a hard place (for example needing to earn money, but not being able to go out to work because childcare wasn't available to me, not even from my family members). I felt resentful and was deep into my victim mentality and spiraling into depression. At one point I even felt like ending my life. Thanks to Lifebook, a lot of the fog has cleared, enabling me to see the different pathways available to me. Lifebook has empowered me to forge ahead in the direction I want to go (and why) regardless of what other people's opinions might be. I truly feel for the first time in a long time that I am a sovereign being. Now, my score is 92 and I feel a buzz in my energy. I have a bright and positive outlook in life. Seeing how certain areas in my life needed improvement (such as Social) has propelled me forward in participating in outside activities and connecting with other parents with special needs. Seeing others' situation has helped me to feel gratitude as there are others so much worse off than me. I am forever grateful to Lifebook. You have not just changed my life but also my daughter's. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I began the Lifebook journey with all the right attitudes and attributes to my life, but because of a divorce and the accompanying changes, I had lost direction. Despite that I am in my 60s and officially 'retired' I scored high on the self assessment. But I needed a guiding hand to remind ...
