Lifebook taught me that strategies are nothing without a clear vision to guide you.

Before Lifebook, I was doing pretty well with strategies. You know, I was doing lots of the ‘right things’ like eating well and meditating. The trouble was I was doing all this with no clear vision. Lifebook taught me that strategies are nothing without a clear vision to guide you. I also learnt that a clear purpose can motivate you to do anything you need to do! The introspect assessment helped me realise just how fantastic my life is now, for which I am so, so grateful. Thank you!
