Lifebook was and has been a fantastic experience, as it allowed me to have a holistic view of my life and, above all, to know exactly what I have to do in the next 5 years to have the life of my dreams. I confess that although Mastery has allowed the development of an action plan with the objectives to be achieved, per week, month, quarterly and year, the truth is that I still find it difficult to put this into practice in a disciplined way.
