"This is transformational and I am grateful"

Ken Wilber describes a rich and complex map for integral human and cultural development. There will be much to unpack for me for a while to come!
The major breakthrough that I had was in the area of shadow integration.
During this course, I used his 3-2-1 model to identify, dialogue with and more truly integrate an area of disowned gift that I had been wrestling with for a long time. This is transformational and I am grateful. Thank you!
