"I would very much like to build an HR dept and company culture that is rooted in Integral Theory"

Integral Theory in my opinion, is the evolution and bright future of the existing "Human Resources" department within the capitalistic business paradigm. As a senior-level person within a growing start-up company, I would very much like to build an HR dept and company culture that is rooted in Integral Theory. 
Prior to this Quest I did not have a handle on my individual purpose, and at 50 years old I believe that I have found my purpose; and that is to be among the pioneers of Integral Theory within the workplace. 
Next step is to convince the business owner to be a pioneer as well...
