"I found this course very beneficial"

I found this course very beneficial since it helps me to revisit, reflect and intentionally explore how I feel and react to situation by asking questions to my inner self. These reflections gave me moments of rich insights and positive thoughts, which in turn increase my self-confidence, self-love, and self-esteem. Looking through a reflective and Integral lens as a way to connect all the quadrants of myself in a deeper and intentional path of self-awareness.
