After watching the master class "The Integral Life" I realized that this program would be perfect right now as I traverse a new life in 'becoming' and transformation of body, mind, spirit, relationships and work. Life as I knew it came tumbling down in November 2019 when my husband/best friend of 50 years died of lung disease.
