"I have certainly become more mindful of a lot of areas of my life"

It is certainly a quest not for the faint of heart. Rich videos, challenging notions for my mind but so rewarding at the end.
I enjoyed the shadow work and I have certainly become more mindful of a lot of areas of my life.
What I absolutely fell in love with is the notion that when we make room for everything, then everything gets better. We become one with everything.
Thank you, Ken. It is definitely a quest to revisit over the years as I will be growing up and waking up!!!
