I am 63, married and live in Wales UK. I am a compassionate and energetic person, and love to learn new self help techniques. Having worked and volunteered in youth and community development for many years, I felt drawn to alternative therapies to benefit my family and friends. Having qualified in Duopody in 2019, I started volunteering in Great Ormond Street Hospital for Sick Children in April 2019. I feel privileged to give calming reflexology sessions to parents of little ones in intensive care. So I enrolled on Donna’s course to learn new methods of self healing which will hopefully benefit my parents, friends, family and myself.
