This is my first day on Donna Eden's Energy Medicine course and my first Mindvalley course. Last year I became ill. I was researching for a book I was writing and I couldn't see a thought through. I could not remember what I had read a moment before. I got intense fatigue. I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism but once the medication set in I was still just as lethargic. Around Christmas time I had two root canals and a tooth removed, a course of Penicillin and two courses of antibiotics and I got more tired. My skin was grey. I developed nerve pain throughout my entire left side, head to toe. Skip forward over half a year later and my diet is completely different. I am on Day 7 of Donna Eden's 28 day journey to joy and I listen to a lot of Marisa Peer on YouTube. This is the beginning of my journey.
