In the past 15 years, I have been learning more and more about the influence of energy in and around the body, and it's effect on health and wellness. Donna Eden's Energy Medicine just seemed like the right step for me at the right time. I've been able to share some of her stress relieving techniques with family and co-workers with tremendous results. People at work are now asking my advice when they are having a rough day or dealing with a particularly stressful situation. I love that I'm able to help others in this way.
