I’ve not finished the program but before I started the program I did had given thought to my outside world versus inside. I hadn’t understood about grounding in an energy perspective. With Jeffrey Allen’s early meditations I’ve already felt emotional relief & release. I feel like some toxins that have been in my apartment are now slipping away. I’m aware of a fuller feeling of happiness.
