"Result? A happier me is more fun for myself and for everyone around me"

I love simplicity and laughter. Jeffrey Allen continues to amuse me every time I repeat Duality, which has been nothing short of a roller coaster ride. Fluttering butterflies in my stomach shouted out loud what will it take to go through the ride, and my heart still curious to go through it. Best learning mode ever!

Self-love is my favourite Duality gift. Initially, the simplicity of the tools made me wonder, do they work….they feel like short stories or visualisations , eg imagine a rose at an arms length distance clearing your aura. Really? How can it clear my aura? look at the healers in the world… do they actually work and clear things like that? The more I decided to play along than question him on these new ideas, the easier it became to experience new experiences. Result? A happier me is more fun for myself and for everyone around me. Apart from all the loving new connections and friends I made on my journey, the best part….my family loves spending time with me. They are getting more creative in finding fun ways to interrupt and take me out….little do they know that energy work is not something that you have to do sitting alone in a room. Jeffrey has taught it so beautifully and effortlessly that any and every setting becomes a playground. No separate journals, practice times or reflections are needed, just the intention to play along, spot the opportunities to practice and have fun. Constant interactions on the community platform and Quest circles are always icing on the cake.

Happy me, happier family, self-love, new experiences, new friendships, self-confidence and abundance in all its forms have enriched my life and it feels gratifying to see and feel its ripple effect. Loving gratitude to Jeffrey and MV for creating a timeless masterpiece!
