Before this program, I felt like there was something missing in my life. I do try to practice kindness and respect, but I just could not care more deeply into what I am doing. I felt like there was always emptiness in my surrounding. When I started this program it slowly molded me into a new being, as if I was reborn and transformed into a new soul that has new awareness of now the physical and spiritual dimension. I never thought it can be that easy with Jeffrey’s way of coaching. He literally simplified everything in a way but is also very powerful.
