Hi there, I’m brand new to Mindvalley. I don’t actually know how I came across it but it found me at a time when I’m looking for answers and some new direction. Physically I’ve been feeling emotionally, and spiritually drained for a number of months. My body is becoming my prison of aches and pains. I’m feeling my life is pulling me in a direction I don’t want but the more I try to find a way around it the more it heaps it o me. I’m looking to find answers as to why I’m feeling the pull both mentally, physically and emotionally and hoping to find some relief for my body through the process.
