A Yogi's Guide to Joy

"Techniques given in the quest are very helpful"

When I joined a yogi’s guide to joy quest with Sadhguru, I thought I’m reaching a level where I can enjoy life as it is, but sometimes, suddenly questions, (thoughts) invaded my brain followed with irritable emotions which disturbed my pleasure and happiness, that I thought can’t control, and accordingly I felt those thoughts are me!!
What I learned is a great knowledge from this quest: that I’m not the body, I’m not even the mind. What I realized is that what I'm experiencing is just a thought, the universe is full of thoughts, I’m not responsible for each thought comes to my mind which can easily destroy my joy and happiness and my quality of life I’m seeking through continuous learning. Techniques given in the quest are very helpful. Thank you Mindvalley leaders and all staff for introducing the best of the best for your members growth and higher awareness. I consider Mindvalley as an evolution for humanity awareness. Love you all
