7 days to happiness

"During this program, I realized that your happiest moments are the ones when you felt happy in the moment without needing everything to be perfect"

Before this program, I had done a lot of personal growth. I started doing personal growth to help me achieve Big Milestones so I felt like I always had to achieve something tangible after doing a personal growth program to know that it had "worked".
During this program, I realized that your happiest moments are the ones when you felt happy in the moment without needing everything to be perfect. And that helped me achieve stronger relationships, which are one of the most important elements of happiness. After this program, I gained a newfound sense of self-acceptance and contentment in my day-to-day life.
