"I'm not as suicidal as I was before this program"

Before this program, I convinced myself that I'm entering the phase of senior moments so I accepted that fate. Now due to the program, I now reprogrammed my mind to challenge myself to learn faster with the FAST method.
I confidently set my own standard by being a thermostat instead of a thermometer that reacts to its environment. I also incorporate what I've learned from the program into my daily conversations, as a teaching technique, which in turn, allows me to relearn the concepts while also activating my superbrain power with MOM.
Thanks to the program, I'm now very conscious about my motivation to recall info and I'm more observant and cognizant of the fact that memory is based on attention than retention - so I'm more engaging, especially while interacting as a realtor. BESAUVE will be my new secret weapon at open houses as I'm sure guests will be overly impressed with my ability to remember their names.
Additionally, I've now included healthy food choices in my daily meal preps. Foods such as avocados, blueberries, broccoli, coconut oil, green leafy vegetables, wild-caught salmon, dark chocolate, and plenty of water are a staple in my kitchen and pantry. I've not yet added Tumeric or walnut but they're on my list.
I used to be hyper-reactive to social media posts and often get caught up in rabbit holes infiltrated with hate, now I'm killing so many ANTs that soon I'll need my very own Ant-swatter :)
Exercise slowly and surely starting to feel like fun again as I'm doing it from a different perspective. Now it no longer feels like a chore and so I actually look forward to the body moves that will make my brain groove. (That's me photographed on the right} It's really worth the sweat!
As for sleep, I think the universe has conspired to help me out of this one. Within a day of starting the program, the tv that used to keep me up at night suddenly stop working. Plus, I've decided not to bring my cell phone to bed so now by the time I'm down...I'm out like a light :))
The level of stress I've been burdened with has subsided tremendously to the point that I'm not as suicidal as I was before this program. This program came into my life at my weakest moment and for that I'm grateful. Thank you all for saving my life.
