I think this program is beginning to change key aspects of my life—not just memory but all the aspects that impact its efficiency, which in turn add positive changes to my life, e.g., my diet, sleeping habits, stress management, exercise, and most importantly, recognising that my brain is eavesdropping on all my self-talk—such a challenge—who would have thought????
