Especially bring thrust into high pressure environments where I need to learn quickly and effectively and build upon that knowledge using my mind and body at the same time in a variety of ways I have not before.
One of the keys is evidently memory, so I've found validation and confidence in that I practice a lot of these things Jim touches on including exercise and healthy brain foods.
It does however give clearer and more easily retainable information to hear and listen actively then journal and reflect!
