5 Days To A Powerful Memory

"There are several things I can do to continue to build a stronger memory"

Five years ago, I fainted falling down steps and landing on a cement patio. When I regained consciousness, my best pal Bonham (an amazing black lab) was hovering over me looking very worried. I got up and like you may remember seeing in cartoons, started spitting out tooth fragments. I had hit my head while landing unconscious.
Fortunately, my husband was home and took me to the hospital. After X-rays, CAT scans and stress tests, it was not a cardiac event. No reason determined but maybe low blood sugars and low blood pressure. The consequences, a fractured skull, a broken incisor tooth and other chipped teeth. And one they neglected to mention, although it seems obvious, a traumatic brain injury. You would be amazed at how little knowledge medical doctors have about concussions.
Five years later, I still have short term memory issues. Some past memories are still missing, but many overtime have come back. The short term memory is a pickle.
I was interested in this quest for that reason. I am very encouraged especially from lesson 4 that there are several things I can do to continue to build a stronger memory. I am an information systems consultant for hospital laboratories so you can imagine the critical struggle I had for several weeks after returning to work. I had trouble with cognitive recognition of words. I could read but not understand.
My goal today is to get going with exercise and to sleep better. I will work on all five. I especially like the nutrition suggestions, and dark chocolate! I have also joined the Everyday Bliss quest with Paul McKenna and my sleep is already much better. I am going to find the Super Brain quest to continue with healing my brain. Finding MindValley has been amazing.
Thank you Jim Kwik! For giving me practical steps and most importantly, hope.
